Census reports William and Mary Ann were born in England, but family traditions indicates Ireland. Perhaps his father came from Ireland.
Cause of death: Bronchitis Exhaustion.

The 1871 census indicates he was born in the “West end.” In that census, he and his family were living with his wife’s parents, Thomas and Esther Collins.

Not confirmed: There is a William Flinn, age 1, in the household of Michael (age 30) and Maria Flyn, also a Tailor, in 1841. This may be the uncle of William Flinn born about 1839, since William’s father was also a Tailor. It’s possible William, born about 1801 could not raise his son, as this William was a Widower.
